November 17, 2023 — The United States District Court for the District of Columbia ruled that Russia cannot hide behind immunity from jurisdiction in the enforcement proceedings brought by former Yukos majority shareholders. The court has asked both parties to submit a schedule proposal for resolution of the final remaining issues by December 5^th, 2023.
